We are hiring for two Customer Relations Specialists. The ideal candidates will be able to appropriately identify the needs of both new and current customers in order to aid customers in their success using our products. This will be done by developing an appropriate level of communication with clients and internal team members to better understand and mitigate any issues the customers face. 

The Manufacturing Flex Supervisor is responsible for providing operational oversight and support across multiple shops within the facility, ensuring smooth workflow, compliance with institutional and company policies, and effective coordination between staff, inmate workers, and external partners. This role would serve as a support role and requires adaptability, attention to detail, and strong leadership skills to support existing shop-specific supervisors, provide relief coverage when needed, and implement process improvements across operations including security, manufacturing, accounting, inventory, and customer service.
