WHAT DO PARTICIPANTS EXPERIENCE?
Participants work in fields such as diesel mechanics, warehouse operations, and general labor. Many begin in entry level roles and earn greater responsibilities through strong performance.
Employers provide periodic performance reviews to ensure the experience is meaningful and transferable, and many participants receive full time job offers at the end of the program.
WORK RELEASE PROVIDES:
Support for community job placement
Clear accountability and workplace expectations including punctuality, communication, teamwork, responsibility, and emotional self regulation.
Current work history. employer feedback, and references that employers can trust.
A structured transition that helps participants learn how to secure a job, keep a job, and use that stability to build a new life.
Work release also gives participants a way to repay fines and fees, and meet court ordered child support obligations while incarcerated, easing financial strain on families.
