ABOUT MAGCOR

Every aspect of what we do is centered on the belief that real change begins with meaningful work, skill building, and consistent support. We provide individuals with access to structured, hands-on training that builds both technical knowledge and personal confidence.

Whether they are learning welding, carpentry, textiles, CAD modeling, electrical, or other in-demand trades, participants gain skills that are practical, relevant, and directly applicable to the modern workforce. These are not just program activities, they are stepping stones to new beginnings.

Our approach goes beyond teaching a single trade. By focusing on transferable skills, we prepare participants for a wide range of job opportunities once they return to their communities. They learn how to problem-solve, work as a team, follow safety protocols, manage time effectively, and approach work with professionalism.

In addition to training, we actively help participants connect with job opportunities as they transition out of our programs. Through our work release partnerships and reentry services, we help current/previously incarcerated individuals secure positions with local businesses that value their skills and dedication. Many of these employers hire our participants after their release, offering consistent income and a supportive environment to continue growing. This combination of skill-building, job placement, and community partnership creates a ripple effect that strengthens individuals, families, and the communities we serve.

Mission Statement

We provide rehabilitation work programs and reentry services that equip our clients with real-world job skills, foster successful reentry, reducing recidivism, and strengthening our communities.
