Shipping Policy

MAGCOR currently provides shipping within the State of Mississippi. Orders may be shipped to approved customers, agencies, and locations throughout Mississippi based on product availability, delivery requirements, and applicable ordering guidelines.

MAGCOR does not ship products outside the State of Mississippi, except in limited circumstances involving another state agency. Out-of-state shipments may be considered only when the requesting agency is a state agency and the agency’s own Prison Industries program does not offer a similar item or service.

All out-of-state shipping requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approval is not guaranteed and may depend on product type, availability, shipping feasibility, and compliance with applicable state and correctional industry guidelines.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at the time of order. MAGCOR is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or incorrect shipping details, third-party carrier issues, or circumstances outside of MAGCOR’s control.
