MAGCOR Industries is a nonprofit organization created to provide rehabilitation work programs and reentry services that equip incarcerated individuals and returning citizens with real world job skills, foster successful reentry, reduce recidivism and strengthen communities across Mississippi.

MAGCOR's work may include, but is not limited to, workforce training, correctional industry operations, certifications, reentry support, employer engagement, community partnerships, sales of goods and services and public education related to reentry and workforce development.

This website is intended to provide information about MAGCOR Industries, its mission, programs, products, services, partnerships and community impact. You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not interfere with the security, accessibility or operation of the website. You may not use this website to submit false information, attempt unauthorized access, distribute harmful content or misuse any materials, forms or contact features provided by MAGCOR Industries.

All product orders, service requests, custom work, pricing, timelines and delivery details are subject to review, approval, material availability, production capacity and applicable policies. MAGCOR Industries reserves the right to decline, modify or cancel requests that cannot be fulfilled, fall outside operational capacity or conflict with applicable tules, laws or organizational policies. 

Custom orders may require additional communication, approval of proofs, specifications, measurements, pricing and timelines before production begins.

5. Payments, Quotes and Pricing

Any quote provided by MAGCOR Industries is based on information available at the time it is issued. Quotes are only guaranteed for 30 days from the date issued. Quotes may be subject to change is project details, materials, labor needs, production requirements or delivery needs change. 

Payment terms, deposits, invoicing and billing procedures may vary depending on the product, service, customer type or agreement. MAGCOR Industries reserves the right to correct pricing errors and update pricing as needed.

6. Custom Orders and Approvals

For custom products, printed materials, signage, fabrication or design related services, customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all details before production. This may include spelling, names, dates, measurements, colors, layout, quantities, materials and other project specifications. 

Once a customer approves a proof, design or production detail, MAGCOR Industries is not responsible for errors that were present in the approved version unless otherwise required by law or written agreement.

7. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

Because many MAGCOR products and services may be custom made, returns, refunds or cancelations may be limited once materials have been ordered or production has begun. 

Requests for cancellations, corrections, returns or refunds will be reviewed on a case by case basis. MAGCOR Industries reserves the right to determine whether a refund, replacement, credit or correction is appropriate based on the nature of the request, production status and applicable policies.

8. Program and Reentry Services

MAGCOR Industries may provide or support rehabilitation, workforce development and reentry services. Access to these programs and services may depend on eligibility, available resources, facility access, partner participation, funding, security requirements and applicable rules of law.

9. Third Party Partners and Resources

MAGCOR Industries may work with employers, agencies, nonprofits, healthcare providers, training organizations and community partners. Information about third party services may be provided for convenience and support. 

MAGCOR Industries is not responsible for the actions, policies, eligibility decisions, services or outcomes provided by third party organizations unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.
