It is my honor to present the FY 2025 Annual Report of Magnolia Correctional Industries (MAGCOR), Mississippi's non-profit partner in workforce development and reentry. Over the past year, our organization has endeavored to strengthen its mission of providing meaningful work, training, and skill-building opportunities for incarcerated Mississippians and then to provide effective support structures for this reentering society. These efforts not only enhance accountability and productivity inside our correctional system but also help ensure that individuals returning to their communities do so with the tools and confidence to succeed.

Looking ahead, MAGCOR is committed to expanding its role as a bridge between corrections, industry, and community. We recognize that the challenges of reentry are complex, but the opportunity to impact lives, strengthen families, and build a more resilient workforce are greater than ever. Through new enterprises, alongside partnerships with state agencies, local employers, and community organizations. MAGCOR is laying the foundation for long-term success for the people we serve.
