Employment Services

Our staffing support team functions as an all-inclusive operation, exclusively for offenders. The Alliance staff utilizes strong relationships with various companies throughout Mississippi to ensure clients have the support they need to integrate into the employer’s culture and achieve long term success.

They provide the following services for formerly incarcerated individuals:

FOR THE EMPLOYEE:

  • Pre employment

    • Skills Assessment

    • Interview prep

    • Resume building

    • Money Management counseling

  • As an employee

    • Bank account setup

    • On going employment counseling

    • Conflict resolution training

    • Transportation to job (if available)

    • Savings Account

FOR THE EMPLOYER:

  • Assurance of the employee’s skill level and abilities

  • Seamless billing process for each pay period

  • Work Opportunity Tax Credit advisement

  • On the job support for employee

  • Ongoing conflict resolution training for worker

  • Transportation to job for worker if needed

  • Parole/Probation Office Relations

  • Drug and Alcohol Testing and Training
