Our team is excited to inform you that Mississippi Prison Industries Corporation (MPIC) is now MAGCOR Industries.

Our trade name is simply “MAGCOR”, and our tagline is “Building Futures”, because that’s exactly what we get the opportunity to do. 

This change is big for us, and we expect it to be huge for our state. For two years, we have been reimagining the role that we play within the state’s workforce ecosystem. We’ve created wholistic pathways of reentry that lead to long term sustainability, for every individual who wants our help.

As we look toward the future, our expectation is that we continually increase the percentage of offenders fully prepared to reintegrate back into our communities. We know with absolute certainty that most offenders will be released, and we have a moral responsibility to ensure that they are prepared to be great citizens.  We intend to do just that, and we hope you join us in the effort.
